About the Team
The author and like-minded friends and family who see issues faced by humanity promote self-dominion through their personal efforts to bring about change. Each brings a fresh perspective for the way reality presents challenges for increasing positivity in humanity.
The books authored by Mini Pandit, M.D., MBA, are self-published and print-on-demand through a local printer, Snowfall Press, in Phoenix, Arizona. These self-help books guide readers towards a more fulfilling life.
Mini Pandit, aka Meenakshi Pandit, has used the pseudonym of Mini Sarla for two of her books to honor the matriarchs of the world whose contributions remain elusive given the way legal names are registered in modern society. She is a retired academic radiologist who served as tenure track faculty at Harvard Medical School, New York University School of Medicine, Louisiana State University Health Science Center, Medical University of South Carolina, and University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. During her academic career she published many research papers. She left academics and started her own international teleradiology consulting business that allowed her to work from home and be available to attend to her aging mother. She was raised in New Delhi, India, by devoted parents. Her mother, Sarla Pandit, was Mini’s role model and a source of moral support and encouragement during her life. Her father, H. M. Pandit, was a freedom fighter during the independence movement of India. He was a visionary who provided an ideal environment for his family. Full commitment to a professional education was his unstated goal for Mini and her brother, Kiran Pandit. Kiran, the older brother, was Mini’s go-to guy for all complex mathematical and scientific problems. He would have made a great educator. Mini is grateful for the opportunities she was provided to be of service to humanity.

The cover designs of all the books were masterfully created by friends Bruce Marion and Lee Wright. They also gave helpful feedback to make the manuscript more appealing to the readers.
Bruce Marion’s website is www.brucemarion.com. His abstracts of landscapes, cityscapes, figurative and contemporary wildlife, use rich colorations and dramatic light. The glow within his artworks is achieved by “applying multiple layers of paint, using palette knives, brushes, and some unconventional tools (think drywall scrapers and squirt bottles), creating complex surfaces with tremendous depth.”
Lee Wright, www.leewrightglassworks.com, is drawn to all things artistic. Her first love was the theatre. She then worked in women’s clothing stores in the Pacific Northwest arranging fashion shows and wardrobing workshops. She has applied her expertise in costumes and fashion to work fabrics into her glass art. She works with fused glass, which is quite a different process from blown glass because it entails cutting and layering pieces from different colored sheets of glass before assembling and firing the pieces in a computer-driven kiln.
William Kamer, her partner and confidante, gave valuable advice and insight on many complex issues that are unique to the American way of life. He works as a certified Rolfer to treat chronic pain. Reach him by email at azrolfer@hotmail.com.
David Pearce endorsed the book, A Moral Compass. He was co-founder of The World Transhumanist Association, now known as Humanity+. “Transhumanists aspire to create a ‘triple S’ civilization: Superintelligence, Superlongevity, and Superhappiness.” He is an advocate of the use of genome reform to abolish suffering throughout the living world. He believes in the abolition of human suffering and thinks people should be more involved in “paradise engineering” to live happier lives on Earth.
Ramdas Lamb, Ph.D., offered wisdom, guidance, and endorsement for the book, A Moral Compass. He is a professor in the Department of Religions and Ancient Civilizations at University of Hawaii at Mānoa. Dr. Lamb teaches courses dealing with contemporary religion and society, fieldwork, and mysticism.
IT support was provided by Christian Salonen. He was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. He moved to Arizona with his girlfriend, Maddy, in 2017. He currently serves as a senior consultant for a local IT firm.
Kathryn Henneman, an abstract artist, is a native of Arizona. She extended her moral support and artistic input in many ways. Her abstract painting, Journey of a Manuscript [below] was gifted to me when I first started working on A Moral Compass. The two-year journey was one of the most enlightening experiences of my life.

Artistic advice was offered by graphic designer and artist, Elizabeth Lucas for the book, A Moral Compass. She became an artist after moving to Arizona, inspired by colorful sunsets, red rocks, the majestic Saguaro cacti, and open vistas. Her art can be viewed at https://elisabeth-lucas.pixels.com.
Theresa Jones, pictured here with her mother, Maryann Weirick, is an avid reader and offered valuable feedback for the book, A Moral Compass. Theresa is a realtor who hails from three generations of native Arizona realtors. They offer unrivaled service, providing moving boxes, staging homes, while customizing service with careful attention to every detail. Their team of home inspectors, plumbing inspectors, AC/Heating inspectors, and roof inspectors are also excellent. Theresa is an associate broker, ABR, CNE, CRS, GRI. Before that she worked in radio and television, and still freelances as an actor in films through her IMDb membership. She teaches yoga once a week, having obtained her expertise in Rishikesh, India.
Nitin Vyas, Mini’s first cousin based in the UK, is the elder of two brothers born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. He worked in advertising and publicity for 22 years. Thereafter, he joined Her Majesty's Inland Revenue and Customs Excise (HMRC). He took early retirement in 2023 to take care of his father who was suffering from terminal cancer.
